A client had two laptops experiencing failing RAM and M.2 SSDs, causing performance and reliability issues.

We diagnosed both systems, replaced the failing RAM and M.2 drives, reimaged the operating systems, and got everything configured and back up and running. ✅

Sometimes it takes more than just fixing one problem—and we were able to multitask and tackle both laptops at the same time to get our client back up and running efficiently.

Sly’s Computer Repair traveled from San Antonio to Lockhart, TX to help a local church resolve issues with their technology setup.

Their laptop wasn’t able to mirror to two TVs at the same time, making it difficult for the congregation to follow along during services. They were also experiencing distorted audio from their existing setup.

We diagnosed the issues, got both displays working properly, and helped restore clear, reliable audio. 🎥🔊
