Simply ship your device to us, and we will diagnose the issue and contact you with the recommended repair and pricing before any repair work is performed.

🛠️ How it works:
1️⃣ Contact us and tell us about your device
2️⃣ Ship your device securely to Sly’s Computer Repair
3️⃣ We diagnose the issue
4️⃣ You receive a repair quote for approval
5️⃣ Once approved, we complete the repair and securely ship your device back

📌 Important Mail-In Repair Terms:
Customers are responsible for securely packaging their device and for all shipping costs to and from Sly’s Computer Repair. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. Sly’s Computer Repair is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the shipping carrier or inadequate packaging during transit. Devices are repaired only after the customer approves the quoted repair cost. Additional issues discovered during the repair process may require additional authorization before work is performed.

By sending a device to us, you acknowledge and agree to our applicable Mail-In Repair Terms, Service Policies, and Privacy Policy.
